Cleaning up some of the Electrical in the Engine Room

With the Fuel Tanks out we could get to some of the wiring which needed to be cleaned up. We brought the wire bundles to the inboard stringers.

This is Russ Smith, the wonderful electrician we found. In the background is the new port fuel and port water tank with angle L tieing the tanks down to the stringers.

This is how it looked before Russ got it cleaned up. This is the starboard fuel tank area.

This is another view of the starboard wiring before Russ went to work. The black hose is the galley sink drain passing through the Sea Chest thru hull. The water maker in in the background.

The aft view of the port wiring. The Heart Inverter is in the lower portion of the parts bin area. The exhaust hose it laying on the floor.

The cleaned up wiring over the port tank area. The wiring was moved for easy access.

The engine is out and the cables are inspected
